This can take up to 14 days according to Stripe's documentation.

Fees & Charges

Bake Friend charges buyers a processing fee on all orders. Currently, the fee is the greater of £1GBP (or equivalent in local currency) or 10% of the total order. The processing fee includes fees from third party services which are integrated into the App such as Stripe. The full list of third party services integrated into the App are listed here. The processing fee can be subjected to change at any time.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

Buyers have 14 days to submit a claim for refund on an item which they can do so on the Completed Orders page. Buyers shall specify whether they want a replacement or refund on an item.

The seller may approve or reject the claim.

Buyers should follow the dispute process guided by the Bake Friend App on how to submit a dispute and track the outcome.

An item on an order can only be disputed once.

Sellers must approve or reject disputes within 48 hours, otherwise the dispute will automatically be marked as rejected.

If the buyer is not happy with the final decision of the seller, the buyer may contact Bake Friend support for assistance.
